Mayo Health has a highly standardized sign program
to maintain consistency across the system's multiple locations. Distinct color
combinations are used to represent the different locations, as demonstrated by
this sign in rural Glenwood City, Wisconsin, but the graphic format and the copy
elements remain uniform to maintain a consistent identity.
|
The main identification signs are typically internally
illuminated and constructed from extrusion, using routed out and
pushed through white Plexiglas copy. The secondary signs are unique
in that the signposts are extruded and manufactured specifically
for Mayo Health.
