The elegant signage for this civil engineering firm conveys the look of polished stone through special painting techniques. One challenge was coming up with appropriate colors for the sign copy, which could not be determined until the signs were painted.

For several signs, we ended up painting the stainless steel letters black to provide the most legible copy against the selected background colors. To help one sign blend into its natural surroundings at "Evergreen Lake Office Park," a less formal typeface was used along with a routed silhouette of a heron.
