The Marketplace is a retail business development. Their main sign is used to identify the development with space to advertise one major tenant. The sign utilizes panaflex faces and translucent vinyl copy. The copper color is a metallic vinyl that gives the sign a sense of class particularly when the refelctivity is picked up in the sunlight. The electronic message center is an LED display that can be leased as advertising space for all of the tenants in the development.

Hathaway Professional Center is also located within the development and is used for office space. The sign was designed to coordinate with the Marketplace sign in shape and color, but has changeable panels to list the names of the tenants.
