For this Renaissance Zone site located in a refurbished warehouse, the client wanted a sign with high visibility — even at night. Our solution involved a face-lit and back-lit sign that used two separate sets of neon tubes.

The back-lit effect creates a warm glow around each letter, accenting the letters and making the building stand out among its more conventionally signed neighbors.
