Project Coordinator / Sales Assistant

As a project coordinator, you will support our experienced sales team by leveraging your customer service, account management, and organizational expertise. Our project coordinators are an integral part of a cross-functional team of sales, account managers, customers, zoning, design, estimating, production control, manufacturing, installation, and external vendors.

Our project coordinators are great communicators collaborating with the sales and the customer on design intent, budget, and project timelines. They thrive in a fast-paced and professional work environment. They enjoy the challenge of “keeping plates in the air spinning.” Their follow-up and persistence in delighting all relevant stakeholders.

Growing in the position, the right candidate will leverage their sign knowledge, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of our processes and capabilities to capture value for the customer and the company throughout the project.


  • Manage signage projects from qualification to installation

  • Monitor the status of project deliverables and be responsible for project action items

  • Update relevant stakeholders on project details and progress


  • 1-3 years of equivalent experience in sales support and customer service

  • Attention to detail and follow-up

  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
