As a project coordinator, you will lead new projects by leveraging account management, production, and organizational expertise. You’ll work hand in hand with sales, customers, zoning, design, estimating, production control, manufacturing, installation, and external vendors.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the sales and the customer on design intent, budget, and project timelines. Provide critical project scope and details to design, estimating, production control, and installation. They will also monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders.


Growing in the position, the right candidate will leverage their strong communication skills, attention to detail and a solid understanding of our processes and capabilities to capture value for the customer and the company throughout the project.





  • Manage projects through internal and external processes

  • Monitor status of project deliverables and responsible for project action items.

  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project’s progress



  • 1-3 years equivalent experience

  • Sales support, attention to detail

  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
